Trademark Policy
"Prodia", "prodia.dev", the Prodia wordmark, the Prodia logo, and associated trade dress are trademarks of Prodia Systems Ltd ("Prodia"), used in commerce and protected under the Trade Marks Act 1996 (Ireland), Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark, and applicable common-law rights elsewhere.
1. Reserved rights
No licence to use any Prodia trademark is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except as expressly permitted in writing or under this policy. All goodwill arising from use of the marks accrues exclusively to Prodia.
2. Permitted referential use
- Truthful, nominative references to Prodia in editorial, journalistic, comparative or interoperability contexts, provided no false affiliation or endorsement is implied.
- Use of the Prodia name in plain text to identify the product or company; do not modify, hyphenate, abbreviate, or pluralise the marks.
- Linking to
https://prodia.devusing the unmodified wordmark.
3. Prohibited uses
- Use as part of a product, service, company, domain or social handle name in a manner likely to cause confusion as to source, sponsorship or affiliation.
- Use in a manner that disparages Prodia or implies endorsement, partnership, certification or accreditation without a written agreement.
- Modification, recolouring, distortion, or combination of the logo with other marks.
- Use on merchandise, NFTs, tokens or promotional items without prior written consent.
4. Logo and brand assets
Logo files, clear-space rules, minimum sizes and colour specifications are made available on request to brand@prodia.dev.
5. Enforcement
Prodia actively monitors and enforces its trademarks. Infringing uses may be addressed through cease-and-desist correspondence, takedown notices, UDRP / .ie dispute proceedings, opposition or invalidity proceedings before EUIPO and national offices, and court action.
6. Reporting infringement
Suspected infringement may be reported to legal@prodia.dev.
