Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the Prodia Service. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
- Violating applicable law, including Irish, EU and the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Infringing intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party.
- Uploading malware, exploit code, or content designed to disrupt or compromise systems.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, related systems or other users' data.
- Probing, scanning or load-testing the Service without prior written authorisation.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the Service except as permitted by mandatory law.
- Using the Service to build a competing product or to train competing machine-learning models.
- Resale, sublicensing or making the Service available to third parties outside your organisation, except as expressly allowed.
- Generating or distributing illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory content.
- Processing special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) without our prior written agreement and appropriate safeguards.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service, our users or third parties, or to comply with legal requirements. Where appropriate we will cooperate with law-enforcement authorities.
