ISO/IEC 42001 Alignment

This Statement describes how Prodia Systems Ltd ("Prodia") aligns the prodia.dev Service with ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Artificial Intelligence Management System ("AIMS") and related international standards, including ISO/IEC 23894 (AI risk management), ISO/IEC 23053 (framework for AI systems using ML) and ISO/IEC 5338 (AI system life-cycle processes).

1. AI Management System

• Documented AI policy, objectives and roles aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 Clauses 4–6.
• Risk and impact assessments using the methodology of ISO/IEC 23894.
• Operational controls across the AI system life cycle aligned with ISO/IEC 5338.
• Performance evaluation, internal audit and management review aligned with Clauses 9 and 10.

2. Annex A Controls

Prodia implements controls drawn from ISO/IEC 42001 Annex A across data management, AI system life cycle, third-party AI components, information for interested parties and use of the AI system.

3. Information Security

The AIMS is operated together with an information-security management system aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 principles for privacy information management.

4. Continuous Improvement

Non-conformities, incidents and customer feedback feed a continuous-improvement cycle for the Service, in line with Clause 10 of ISO/IEC 42001.

5. Customer Use

Customers may rely on this alignment statement to evidence their own AI governance posture, without prejudice to their independent obligations to establish appropriate management systems for their own use of AI.
