Accessibility Statement
Prodia Systems Ltd is committed to making the Prodia platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our conformance target, known limitations, and how to report accessibility issues.
1. Conformance target
Prodia targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, as referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, transposed in Ireland by the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023).
2. Measures we take
- Accessibility considered in design review, with semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, and keyboard-operable controls.
- Sufficient colour contrast and text resizing without loss of content or functionality.
- Non-colour indication of state; visible focus indication.
- Form labels, error identification and error suggestion.
- Captions and transcripts for substantive audio and video.
- Periodic automated and manual auditing.
3. Known limitations
Some legacy or third-party components, particularly within complex data visualisations and interactive terminals, may not yet meet the full target. Where such limitations are identified they are tracked and prioritised. Alternative access is provided on request.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or require information in an alternative format, please contact accessibility@prodia.dev. We acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days and aim to resolve or provide an alternative within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Enforcement
Where you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the National Disability Authority or the appropriate enforcement body designated under the European Accessibility Act.
