Prodia Systems Ltd
Code of Conduct
Last updated: 29 May 2026
This Code of Conduct describes the standard of behaviour expected from every Prodia employee, director, contractor, intern, and from every user of Prodia's platform, documentation, support channels and community spaces.
1. Treat people with respect
- Be courteous, professional and considerate in all communications.
- Disagree on substance, not on people. Critique ideas, not identity.
- Assume good faith; ask clarifying questions before escalating.
2. Zero tolerance
- Harassment, intimidation, threats, doxxing and stalking are prohibited.
- Discrimination on the basis of any ground protected under the Employment Equality Acts 1998 to 2015 or the Equal Status Acts 2000 to 2018 is prohibited.
- Sexual harassment, unwanted physical contact and sexualised imagery in professional contexts are prohibited.
- Incitement to violence, hatred or discrimination is prohibited.
3. Use the platform honestly
- Do not attempt to misrepresent agent outputs as solely human work in contexts where such representation is misleading or unlawful.
- Do not attempt to bypass governance controls, approvers, falsification gates or rollback mechanisms.
- Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy at all times.
4. Protect confidentiality
- Respect the confidentiality of customer data, repositories, evaluations and prompts.
- Do not share screenshots, transcripts or extracts containing customer or personal data outside the authorised channels.
5. Speak up
Report concerns to your manager, to conduct@prodia.dev, or through the Whistleblower channel. Retaliation against a person raising a concern in good faith is itself a serious breach of this code.
6. Enforcement
Breach of this code is a disciplinary matter for personnel and a ground for warning, suspension or termination of access for users. Conduct that may constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
