- Treat customer data, repositories and intellectual property as held in trust.
- Respect human oversight: never bypass approval, falsification, or rollback mechanisms in production paths.

- Comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your role and location, and with Prodia's compliance programme.
- Avoid conflicts of interest, bribery, corruption, sanctions evasion, insider dealing and market abuse.
- Protect personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy.

- Build, evaluate and deploy AI systems in line with the AI Governance, AI Safety and AI Ethics statements.
- Identify foreseeable misuse and harm; raise concerns through the appropriate internal channels.
- Prefer reversible, auditable, explainable designs over opaque automation.
5. Speak up
Use the Whistleblower channel without fear of retaliation. Ethical questions are always legitimate. Silence on a known issue is itself a breach of this code.
6. Enforcement
Breach of this code is a disciplinary matter up to and including dismissal, removal from office, termination of contract, and referral to competent authorities.
