Repository Modification & Autonomous Execution Acknowledgement
Before enabling repository write access, autonomous modifications, automated pull requests, direct commits, deployment actions, or any other execution capabilities, you must carefully read and agree to the following.
Important Notice
Prodia.dev provides software analysis, recommendations, automation, code generation, repository modification, validation, testing, and related services using artificial intelligence and automated systems.
While Prodia is designed to operate safely and incorporates validation, governance, rollback, approval, and risk management mechanisms, no software system can guarantee that generated recommendations, code changes, repository modifications, deployment actions, or other outputs will be free from defects, errors, omissions, vulnerabilities, interruptions, incompatibilities, regressions, or unintended consequences.
User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You remain solely responsible for your repositories, systems, infrastructure, software, data, deployments, environments, configurations, security controls, and business operations.
- You are responsible for reviewing, approving, validating, testing, monitoring, and supervising all actions performed by Prodia.
- Any decision to implement, merge, deploy, execute, or rely upon Prodia-generated outputs remains your responsibility.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining backups, recovery procedures, rollback mechanisms, business continuity plans, and disaster recovery processes.
Assumption of Risk
You understand and accept that the use of AI-assisted software modification may result in:
- Software defects
- Service interruptions
- Downtime
- Performance degradation
- Data loss
- Data corruption
- Security vulnerabilities
- Compliance failures
- Operational disruption
- Financial losses
- Lost profits
- Reputational harm
- Customer claims
- Third-party claims
- Regulatory consequences
- Other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or commercial damages
You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the use of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prodia Systems Ltd, Prodia.dev, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages arising from or relating to:
- Repository modifications
- Generated code
- Automated actions
- Pull requests
- Deployments
- Recommendations
- Validation results
- Model outputs
- AI-generated content
- Software defects
- System failures
- Business interruption
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Loss of goodwill
- Security incidents
- Regulatory issues
- Third-party claims
whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prodia Systems Ltd, Prodia.dev, and all related entities, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Repository modifications
- Deployment decisions
- Software releases
- Business operations
- Third-party claims relating to your repositories, systems, software, products, or services
Acknowledgement
By proceeding, you confirm that:
- You understand the risks associated with AI-assisted software modification.
- You remain solely responsible for all repositories and systems connected to the platform.
- You accept responsibility for reviewing and approving any actions taken.
- Prodia does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
- You agree to the limitation of liability and indemnification provisions described above.
